Joanna works part time, assisting Graham Watts.

Joanna is on the Junior and Senior Great Britain womens' Sabre fencing team and recently won Gold at Montreal Junior World Cup event and Bronze at the first Senior Women’s Sabre World Cup in London.

She plans to go to university in London in the near future, but in the mean time, is juggling her training and working commitments with the aim of qualifying for the Beijing Olympics, 2008.
