Mark Way RIBA

Mark is an independent consultant providing client advisory services particularly with regard to knowledge transfer, education and training. He is Director of Skills at the Construction Industry Council and until recently Head of Group Research with RMJM, a large multi-discipline design practice. He has extensive experience in leading design teams in the delivery of high quality, user occupier projects for clients such as Unilever, GSK, Microsoft and Cambridge University. Mark has also worked internationally, with particular experience in the Middle East and Asia. Formerly resident in HongKong involved with projects throughout China and the region. Mark contributes regular articles to the architectural and FM press and is a regular speaker at conferences on learning and making best use of knowledge gained.
