Robert Minors is responsible for the Construction Industry Council Subscriptions, Invoicing, Sales, Purchasing Accounts and general financial issues. He is also secretary to the CIC Finance Committee and produces management reports on a regular basis for Council, Executive Board and also the Finance Committee.
