Professional Practitioner Employer Engagement (PPEE)

This project is designed to enhance the engagement of the professional community with the sector. The key elements of this project to ensure that employers:-

• Have a clearer understanding of what future skills will be required and how they can ensure that their workforce can develop these skills
• Are provided with a means by which training and lifelong learning needs are discussed in relation to their productivity goals (e.g. forums and panels)
• Receive support to enable them to engage with the Construction Industry Council and ConstructionSkills to ensure that a ‘lifelong learning culture’ is fully embraced.
