The Diversity Panel reports on diversity to the Industry Practices Committee.

Over 4,000 copies of the ‘Building Visions - Creative Careers in the Construction Professions’ video have been successfully disseminated through members of the professional institutions, CITB-Construction Skills regional education networks and our contacts in the University and Further Education Sectors.

The Panel is also focusing on the issue of retention. The Panel are continuing to gather case studies promoting good working practice in the industry. Three case studies were recently featured in an article on ‘flexible working’ in ‘Building’ magazine. View case studies

The Construction Industry is losing qualified female senior members of staff, because they are unable to secure family-friendly hours.
