North East

CIC North East was formed in 2004 to work in conjunction with Constructing Excellence to provide a single voice for the construction industry in the North East of England. The area is aligned with that of the RDA which comprises Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Tees Valley. Meeting are held on a regular basis at different locations mainly within Durham and Newcastle.

• Professional skills for sustainability, low carbon building and innovation
• Sectoral collaboration, for example with IGNITE, RIEP and the RDA
