CIC 20th Anniversary Reception - Sunday, 2nd November 2008

On 2nd November 2008, CIC will be 20 years old and we will be holding a reception to celebrate the occasion. The event will be held at an appropriate high profile venue within the London area; it will be a family orientated day and will include various entertainments. We are seeking to emulate our 10th Anniversary celebrations with a fun filled, informal approach allied to themes about attracting young people to the significance of the built environment.

A special publication will be produced to mark the 20th Anniversary, which will reflect on the achievements during our history to date whilst also looking forward to future plans and objectives for the Council.

CIC operates on a small budget and the anniversary event needs to be self-funding. We do not wish to charge for admission to the event itself because we feel this would discourage young people and families from attending.

We are therefore asking our many friends, colleagues and supporters of CIC within the industry if you would be willing to become a Patron of the CIC 20th Anniversary Appeal. We are asking Corporate Patrons to make a minimum donation of £1,000 and individual patrons to make a minimum donation of £100.

Patrons will be fully acknowledged in all written and visual information regarding the anniversary and will receive invitations to the event for themselves and their family members and copies of the anniversary publication and all other relevant material.
