Northern Ireland - Events and Activities

The Northern Ireland Assembly Committee for Finance and Personnel is undertaking an inquiry into Public Procurement Policy and Practice in Northern Ireland focusing on the experiences of SMEs and SEEs in tendering for and delivering public contracts.  CICNI compiled and submitted a response to the committee in February 2009, and as a result were invited to attend a sitting of the committee as witnesses.  We provided a briefing paper based on our previous submission

An annual signature event is currently being planned for delivery in the autumn of 2009.  It has been agreed that this is to be a topical event in the NI region that CIC would be willing to sponsor and help lift the awareness of CIC within the NI region.  The details are being developed by an events sub-committee.
