Application for the Appointment of an Adjudicator.

The Application for the Appointment of an Adjudicator form is for anyone wishing to apply to the Construction Industry Council (CIC) to have an adjudicator appointed for a dispute. The form should be sent to the CIC by post, with key information that CIC need to ensure that we select the most appropriate adjudicator for your dispute.

In particular, we require information of

• the nature of the dispute,
• the parties involved,
• their full contact details (including fax numbers),
• the Notice of Adjudication.

The total cost of the nomination is £235.00 (incl. VAT), which should be made payable and sent to the Construction Industry Council with the Application for Appointment.
