Become a Member
The CIC’s members make up the Organisation’s Council. Membership of the CIC falls into four categories:
- Members
- Associate Members
- CIC Corporate Affiliates
- Honorary Affiliate Membership
All new CIC Members, Associates and Honorary Affiliates are approved by CIC Council, based on recommendations from the CIC Board and compliance with the relevant agreed membership criteria.
Applications
Applications for both full and associate membership should be directed to the CIC’s Chief Executive, Graham Watts, who will advise on eligibility. All applications are considered by the Council and membership becomes effective at the beginning of the quarter that follows the relevant Council meetings in January, April, July and September.
CIC Corporate Affiliates can subscribe directly through the website here with their subscription fees depending on organisational size.
Only CIC Members are part of the governance and policy setting of the CIC, with subscriptions and Council voting rights scaled to the size of organisation, in recognition of the number of professionals represented in the industry by the CIC member organisations.
Members
By agreement of the Council full members who will be eligible for representation on Council, will be admitted to membership, provided that they are:
Associate Members

Honorary Affiliate Membership
Honorary Affiliate Membership is for individuals and organisations that CIC wish to recognise, by invitation only and does not confer any membership rights or subscriptions.
