CIC 2050 Group Speed Mentoring Event
This event has finished
Speed Mentoring is a light-hearted approach to mentoring and a bit like speed dating! It is a managed event where mentees get to spend 15 minutes each with three/four separate industry experts, to talk about a particular challenge or issue or seek career path advice. The event provides an opportunity to be in the company of well respected professionals and to gain knowledge from a cross-sector group of industry leaders. There will also be an opportunity to network at the end of the one-to-one sessions.
The CIC 2050 Group is made up of young professionals who are keen to connect with the different generations in our industry, to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and to develop and influence the construction industry of the future.
The aim of the event is to provide professionals, in the early stages of their career, with an opportunity to learn from those with considerable experience.
