Fifth Happold Medal Lecture - Sir Peter Hall on “House Building – A Lost English Art?”

The CIC and the Happold Trust are to host the fifth Happold Medal Lecture, an annual event in memory of the first Chairman of CIC, Professor Sir Edmund (Ted) Happold.
Sir Peter Hall will receive the fifth Happold Medal award after delivering the lecture on ‘’House Building – A Lost English Art?’’ on Tuesday 27th November 2007 at 7.00pm at the Royal Aeronautical Society, No 4 Hamilton Place, London, W1J 7BQ.

Sir Peter Hall is Professor of Planning at the Bartlett School of Architecture and Planning, University College London and President of the Town and Country Planning Association. He is also an internationally renowned authority on the economic, demographic, cultural and management issues that face cities around the globe.

All Construction professionals are welcome to attend; applications from young professionals will be particularly welcomed. Attendance to the lecture is free of charge, however places are limited therefore early booking is advisable.
