NRAC Virtual Conference 2020

The NRAC Virtual Conference will be on Thursday 3rd December 2020, from 9:30am to 12:45pm.
December 3rd is the International Day of People with Disabilities and also the date of the first of two half-day NRAC Annual Conference sessions, with the second planned for early 2021.
The first speaker will be Chris Fry of Fry Law, with his annual update of cases brought to court under the Equality Act 2010. The two other speakers will be talking about transport and fire evacuation with an announcement to be made soon.
The second speaker will be Dr Karen Boyce, a Senior Lecturer and a member of the Fire Safety Engineering Research and Technology research centre at Ulster University. Dr Boyce will speak about Safe evacuation for all – Fact or Fantasy.
The final speaker will be Neil Smith, Inclusive Design Lead for HS2, one of the Mayor of London's Design Advocates and Chair of the London Legacy Development Corporation's Built Environment Access Panel. Neil will speak about HS2 and Inclusive Design.
