The International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement in development, architecture, real estate and interior design.
The Awards are split into regions covering the UK, Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe and the USA. The judging panel consists of over 70 highly respected experts from all over the world, chaired by three active members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Courtown.
The judges are allocated entries according to their area of expertise, and each entry is assessed against a set of criteria. A percentage score is calculated which decides if the entry wins an award. The score also decides whether the award will be Highly Commended or 5 Star (5 Star being the highest award).
Companies selected as winners are invited to attend an Awards dinner for each region. For each category, the region’s highest-scoring 5 Star winner is automatically awarded the Regional award for that category.
At the end of the awards year, all Regional winners have their entries re-judged to decide the International Property Awards World’s Best winners, celebrated at an additional gala event.
The presentation dinner for the European regional stage of the Awards will take place at the Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London, on the evening of Tuesday 14th October 2014.
The International Property Awards will also host the European Property Awards Summit during the day on 14th October at the same venue. Presidents, CEOs, managing directors, chairmen and other decision makers will attend a number of professional networking events, including seminars, discussion tables and an exhibition. The event is an ideal opportunity to make connections and generate new business, and is open to Awards participants and all industry-related companies.
The Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, will also host the presentation dinner and summit for the UK regional stage of the International Property Awards on Friday 24th October 2014.
