The CIC’s Diversity Panel is a collaborative forum and platform for members of all construction disciplines and professional bodies to identify and promote diversity policy and activities within the construction industry.

Of her appointment, Maria said, “My vision for the industry is that everyone can be who they are and bring their whole selves to work which will make such a difference to our environment and the young people we want to attract into our industry. I am really looking forward to working with Louise Clarke and the rest of the Diversity Panel to build on their great work which included the Blueprint for Change Report”.

CIC is also delighted to welcome Philip Isgar as the new chair of the CIC North West Regional Committee. Philip is a Senior Director with a wide experience of developing, leading and managing multi-discipline high profile large Capital Investment Programmes and organisations within both public and private sectors.
