CIC seeks three Specialist non-executive Directors

These are voluntary, non-executive [non-renumerated] roles and it is expected that the role will average 8 hours per month. Meetings are generally held in Central London and are hybrid.

Specialist directors would normally serve for three years and are eligible to be reappointed for one further term by mutual agreement.

CIC is seeking specialist input in the following areas and would particularly value applicants with any of these specialisms:
• Finance
• Governance
• Communications/Marketing
