Girls Can video launched by Construction Youth Trust
Posted: 9th March 2016
The video was created by Construction Youth Trust, Ana Marta Huffstot and friends to celebrate both IWD2016 and the first six months of the Trust's #notjustforboys campaign.
Leading construction charity, Construction Youth Trust launched the #notjustforboys campaign at party conferences in 2015 the campaign. The campaign, which has a dedicated URL notjustforboys.co.uk, aims to bring together positive stories from Women in Construction, promote gender parity in the workplace and directly engage young women through STEM workshops and the Trust's renowned training and educative programmes, Budding Brunels and Budding Builders.
Over the past six months the campaign has been featured across the Guardian teachers network, in the Metro and other press and is continuing to galvanize support accross the industry and beyond.
Watch and share our "Girls Can" video and join our campaign...because its definately not just for boys! Join the conversation #notjustforboys and tell your inspirational story.
