EU Exit Business Readiness Guidance from CLC
Posted: 15th December 2020
The Construction Leadership Council has published further guidance on the conformity marking of construction products for 2021.
This new guidance shows which conformity assessment mark those on construction sites should look for as depending on where their site is located, different rules will apply. The document is intended as a quick reference guide for use on site that should help contractors understand which of the marks are valid declarations of conformity in 2021.
The guidance has been issued by the Standards and Alignment Workstream of the CLC BREXIT Working Group and comprises the fifth publication in a suite of business readiness advice that the group has published ahead of 31 December 2020.
