New edition of the CIC Conditions of Contract

Today will see the publication of the updated edition of the CIC Conditions of Contract.
Updated to comply with the Construction Act, the Conditions are for use by experienced clients and consultants working on major building projects. It can be used by either development clients or design and build contractor clients for the appointment of any discipline of consultant. CIC is also working on a new edition of the CIC Services, which is due for publication next spring.
