Recruitment for the Chair of the Adaptation Sub-Committee

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) are currently inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Chair of the Adaptation Sub-Committee (a sub-committee of the Committee on Climate Change).

The Chair of the ASC also sits on the main Committee on Climate Change. As a public appointment, the new Chair will be appointed jointly by the ministers from each of the national authorities and the sponsoring departments, in this case by Defra, DECC, and each of the Devolved Administrations.
