assessments or concurrently. As an employee/employer this toolkit can be used to in conjunction with established process and procedures for individual performance reviews.
CIC is responsible for the development of Professional, Managerial and Technical National Occupational Standards (NOS). NOS describe the competencies required by an individual to carry out a particular job function relating to their job roles to a specified industry benchmark.
