2024 Construction Adjudication in the UK (ANB survey)

Posted: 9th May 2024

King’s College London & The Adjudication Society are once again running their annual Construction Adjudication in the UK survey.

Just like in previous years, we are collecting responses to two surveys:

  1. Adjudicator Nominating Body survey (here) to be completed by ANBs only and on their behalf (not anonymised)
  2. Individual participant survey (here) aimed at all adjudication users: lawyers, architects, quantity surveyors and anyone else involved in adjudication (completely anonymised)

This survey covers construction adjudications that took place from May 2023 to April 2024 (inclusive). A reference to 'year' or 'years' must be interpreted accordingly and does not refer to the calendar/financial year.

Further, this survey should be completed on behalf of an Adjudicator Nominating Body (ANB) by an individual authorised to do so. Therefore, a reference to 'you', 'your' or 'I' refers to the ANB and not the individual completing the survey.

Please provide as detailed answers as possible, but do not include any confidential information. The research team reserves the right to exclude some of the collected data and/or present it in any form they deem fit to ensure the highest quality and relevance of the report.

This survey might take around 10 to 20 minutes of your time.

Please submit this survey by 23 June 2024. In case of any queries, please contact adjudicationproject@kcl.ac.uk.
