The following clips are taken from our video Building Visions, which highlights just a few of the creative and inspiring career opportunities in the construction professions.
In the video young professionals tell us about their projects and explain how they shape our surroundings to fit our lifestyles. We meet an architect, building services engineer, quantity surveyor, civil engineer, structural engineer, and planner. We enter their design offices, and visit construction sites and completed buildings. We learn how they work as part of a team; why they chose their careers, what they studied, and why they enjoy their work.
