CABE announce IFE recognised training course
Posted: 1st March 2024
CABE is proud to announce that the Fire Safety Practitioner Certificate Course – one of the Association’s fire safety training opportunities – is now an IFE Recognised Training Course
As the leading professional membership body for the fire sector, The Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) is acutely focused on improving competency, sharing knowledge and boosting expertise across fire safety. Its discerning recognition service only accredits schemes and courses determined by them as meeting the highest standard, so this is a fantastic accolade to achieve.
The Fire Safety Practitioner Certificate is an in-depth, five-day course delivered over two blocks. It is aimed at users (or possible users) of Approved Document B (ADB) Volumes 1 and 2 and is designed to help less experienced professionals develop their understanding, or act as effective refresher training for those more knowledgeable.
Completing and passing the end-of-course assessment reaps 30 hours of CPD which is also validated by the IFE accreditation. This cements CABE’s commitment to offering members and construction professionals access to valuable CPD opportunities that continue the development of professional competence.
