CIC Users' Guide to Adjudication Ireland (Second Edition)

It has been some 8 years since the CIC published the CIC Users' Guide to Adjudication Ireland (A guide for participants in adjudication in Ireland conducted under the Construction Contracts Act 2013). In the interim, there has been a lot of adjudication related development in the Republic of Ireland.
CIC has established a Working Group to develop a CIC Users' Guide to Adjudication Ireland (Second Edition). The Working Group comprises: Niall Lawless (Chair), James Golden, Damien Keogh, Jamie Ritchie, and Martin Waldron.
The Working Group wishes to consult with the construction industry and other stakeholders to give everyone the opportunity to make the updated Users' Guide the best that it can be.
