Industry Survey 2025: Help Shape a Safer Built Environment in England
Posted: 9th October 2025
The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s (MHCLG) Buildings, Fire and Resilience Group (BFRG) is conducting its annual Industry Survey to better understand supply chain capacity, capability challenges, and opportunities within the remediation sector. Your insights are essential to the success of this initiative, as industry feedback has directly helped shape the inclusion of initiatives in both the Remediation Acceleration Plan (RAP) and RAP2.
Why Participate?
- Contribute to making buildings safer for those who live in them - this is the core purpose of our work.
- Help shape policy and interventions that support suppliers in overcoming constraints.
- Participate in sector-wide change that improves outcomes across the remediation industry.
What’s New This Year?
To make the survey more accessible, we’ve reduced the number of qualitative questions and focused on those that add the most value. This allows respondents to select from predefined options rather than provide lengthy written answers, speeding up completion times while still offering opportunities to share detailed feedback where relevant.
Estimated completion time: 30 - 45 minutes
Survey deadline: 12th November 2025

MHCLG kindly ask for one response per organisation. If someone else is better placed to complete the survey, please share the link to them.
The survey includes a link to MHCLG’s data protection guidance, in line with its Personal Information Charter.
