Research into Suicide Prevention in the Construction Industry
Posted: 15th August 2022
As part of my studies at the University of Chester, I am researching into suicide prevention in the construction industry. The aim of this research is to investigate what employers and employees in the construction industry are doing to reduce work-related suicide and what impact their actions have had and are having.
If you work in the industry, as a construction worker, director, manager or supervisor, and have something to say about suicide prevention, I should very much like to hear from you. Please be assured that you and the people or organisations you talk about or work with will not be identified in the research.
If you are interested in speaking to me, or would like more information about this research, please contact me preferably before 30 September 2022 on –
2100053@chester.ac.uk (email)
or
07751 308921 (mobile)
If you are willing to talk to me, we can use Zoom online or, if you prefer, the telephone whenever it is convenient for you.
Very many thanks for considering my request.
