Women Returners Programme 2021
Posted: 13th November 2020
Constructionarium Ltd has opened applications for the Women Returners programme which will run in 2021. In partnership with Norfolk County Council and funded through the LIFT (Local Investment in Future Talent Fund) Grant Programme this innovative event is designed to provide women in the Norfolk and Suffolk area with valuable technical skills and site experience and is aimed at women looking to return to work after a career break or those who may have experienced difficulty securing their first role in the construction industry.
There will be a blended learning approach with a mix of virtual and interactive workshops, leading up to a week on-site at our bespoke training facility in Bircham Newton, Norfolk where delegates will work in a team to build a scaled replica of the Barcelona Tower. Working with role models from across the industry they will be able to gain knowledge and experience of the latest site practices, processes and procedures. Careers advice and coaching, networking events with employers, talks from experienced professionals and mentoring sessions will be on offer as well as advice from regional colleges and universities on ways to enhance existing qualifications.
This fantastic programme is free to successful delegates but spaces are limited. Email Julia Stevens jstevens@constructionarium.uk for more information or apply online at constructionarium.uk
