You are invited to join key stakeholders at ‘Built Environment Strategic Workforce Planning For 2030’, a free, in-person event hosted by the Built Environment Futures Assembly (BEFA), supported by the Construction Industry Council and the Construction Leadership Council.
Speakers include Mark Farmer, author of two government reviews into the sector’s skills needs, Simon Rawlinson (Head of Strategic Research & Insight, Arcadis/RICS Board), Andy George (Director of Industry Attraction & Skills, Home Builders Federation) and Jonathan Mitchell (Deputy Director of Construction, Skills England).
This event, which will also provide valuable networking opportunities, brings together leaders from industry bodies, employers and educators to examine how we can move from reactive measures to strategic workforce planning.
Attendees will gain insight into forthcoming labour demand trends, share knowledge on successful recruitment initiatives and explore how collaboration can address the skills challenge towards 2030 and beyond.
