CICAIR Vacancy

The Construction Industry Council Approved Inspectors Register (CICAIR) is looking for an Assistant Registrar to manage and lead the continuous improvement of its audit and monitoring function.
Key responsibilities
You will plan and oversee the audit programme for Approved Inspectors, by assessing submissions, signing off on audit panels, preparing panel briefings, undertaking audits, writing high-quality audit reports, and monitoring and assessing progress reports. You will also act as the point of contact for all audit and monitoring matters. Other responsibilities include the management of the CICAIR monitoring and re-approvals committee, as well as assisting with other areas of CICAIR operations.
Person specification
The ideal candidate must have experience in audit and report writing, data collation and analysis. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate exemplary administrative and organisational skills, ability to process high volumes of written material and have excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be able to maintain stakeholder relationships, resolve problems, work flexibly and manage your own workload.
